But rather than teaching in a stale classroom setting, we go onsite to one of your projects. This is practical guidance, in a way that minimizes the disruption to your schedule and maximizes growth. Your training starts with your first Tilcor project. First, you receive pre-job education, job take-offs and material estimations. Next, there’s a pre-installation meeting, followed by job site installation training with a technical support manager. To top it all off, you also receive post-job support. As an established roofing contractor, you no doubt have existing roofing tools. You can put these to good use. They’ll be supplemented by specially developed accessories that make your Tilcor roofing installation quicker and easier. You get the knowledge and skills you need, without a run around.   ## Constant on-call support At Tilcor, we take a personal approach to business. We focus on the team - family ethics are at the core of everything we do. That’s why our support doesn’t end after the initial onsite install training. We’re on-call to back you up, 100 percent, year round. We go the extra mile when it comes to global support and training - for example, we’ve sent expert installers from New Zealand to West Africa. In Ghana and Liberia, our staff first provided installer training techniques, as well as architect and engineer training.
